Most of our homes do not offer “Instant Book” options. Every guest must inquire before booking, allowing us to have intentional conversations and set expectations clearly.

We only rent to guests who commit to being mindful, respectful neighbors. If someone isn’t a fit, we kindly decline the booking, even if it means losing income.

- Group sizes that match the home’s sleeping capacity
