The disappearing patio door invites the refreshing California breeze and fills the living room with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. For added privacy, blackout curtains have been installed in the living room.
The covered patio, overlooking a private yard, is perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffees, or simply basking in the sunshine. This setup is ideal for extended vacations or a comfortable remote work environment.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. Venice Beach is also a very walkable and bike-friendly community.
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check-in and check-out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well-versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
All stays over 30 days require mid-stay cleaning to be billed at booking.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

  • Was für eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Erstklassige Lage, 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, zum Bio-Supermarkt (Wholefoods) oder zum legendären Golds Gym. Ein privater Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände, falls man größere Ausflüge plant.

    Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ich koche gern und viel und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vom Smoothie-Mixer, über den Käsehobel, vom (guten) Messerset bis zur Zitruspresse, alles ist vorhanden. Dazu Premium-Küchengeräte von Miele.

    Dazu ein hübsches Schlafzimmer. Die Matratze des Bettes ist sehr komfortabel.

    Ein modernes Badezimmer, außerdem Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Es fehlt nichts.

    Und das Beste: das Gefühl Willkommen zu sein.
