Our pricing is completely transparent, with a flat monthly fee + commission model based on rental frequency. After 14 years in the business, we have developed a sustainable business model that protects your home and allows us to mutually succeed. [See Our Pricing]
🌴 Do I need a Short Term Rental Permit to list my home?
Each city has unique regulations. We’ll guide you through the legal process and ensure compliance.
If you choose to only do monthly rentals, they are fully legal in California by law. We will walk you through the pros and cons of both. [See Monthly Rentals]
🌴 Who handles guest communication & emergencies?
Our guest support team manages everything—from check-in to late-night guest requests. We have a local property management and reservations team in both Los Angeles and Palm Springs, as well as a dedicated international staff to help with emergencies (namely, lockouts) late into the night.

We use dynamic pricing technology (PriceLabs) and manual market analysis to optimize rates. We work directly with you to ensure mutual success. We will also provide you with suggestions to increase the rental rate overtime through added amenities and guest features.
