All 28+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

– By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.

– You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 28 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
