Exploring the Area:
The Downtown area of Los Angeles is best explored on foot, and you’re centrally located to many attractions such as Universal Studios. Sunset Boulevard and Hollywood Blvd are also just a short drive away (depending on traffic). We recommend checking out the vibrant restaurant scene and all the shopping options Downtown LA has to offer. While most visitors to Southern California prefer to have a car, parking in Downtown LA can be a challenge. We can recommend a parking garage for monthly parking if needed. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Open Air Homes Commitment:

Our property management team is dedicated to maintaining each home and ensuring it is in perfect condition before you arrive. We aim to make your check-in and check-out process seamless and ask that you turn off the lights/AC and lock up upon departure. Our team is well-versed in the local community and offers a personalized set of recommendations to help make your stay unforgettable.

For Stays Over 30 Days:
Please note that all stays longer than 30 days require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This includes a full clean of the home and a change of linens, which will be covered by the guests.

Additional Information:
Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send this form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be confirmed once the form is signed.

Pet Fees:
Pets are not permitted at the property unless agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in additional charges up to $1,000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal remedies available to the owner and/or company.
For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For stays of 30 days or longer, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out.

HVAC Disclaimer: Overuse of, or tampering with, the HVAC equipment that causes issues or results in higher-than-average monthly costs will be billed to your party. Please make sure to turn off the AC when not in use.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
