We’re thrilled to announce that several Open Air Homes properties have been spotlighted in Airbnb’s newly launched “Guest Favorites” category, a collection of the top 2 million homes on the platform, loved and lauded by guests worldwide. This recognition speaks volumes about the exceptional experiences our properties offer and the tireless dedication of our hosts.
Hillside Hideaway – A hidden gem with 9 glowing reviews, boasting a perfect 5.0-star average.
Westminster: A crowd favorite, winning hearts with 32 reviews and maintaining a flawless 5.0-star average.
San Juan: Continuously impressing guests, reflected in 26 reviews, all adding up to a 5.0-star average.
La Mirage: A desert escape with 9 reviews, upholding a 5.0-star average.
Heaven or PS: A slice of paradise with 11 reviews, all contributing to a perfect 5.0-star average.
Sunsplash: Radiating charm with 12 reviews and a 4.92-star average.
Desert Falls: Captivating guests, as evident in 14 reviews, scoring an impressive 4.93-star average.
Monterey Manor: A luxurious retreat with 27 reviews, achieving a stellar 4.96-star average.
Mojave Stargazer: A stargazing haven with 28 reviews, consistently rated at 5.0 stars. Technically in Yucca Valley, or as some would say, “The Greater Palm Springs.”
Airbnb’s “Guest Favorites” feature makes it easy for travelers to identify top-rated homes. These properties aren’t just accommodations; they’re experiences, backed by ratings above 4.9 stars, exceptional reviews, reliable service, and outstanding hosting.
Airbnb has revamped the ratings and review system for a more intuitive and informative approach. Guests can now quickly gauge a home’s quality through a breakdown of 1 to 5-star reviews, sort reviews by recency and rating, and find reviews more relevant to their trip type or length of stay.
At Open Air Homes, we’re dedicated to ensuring that all our properties meet and exceed the standards set by Airbnb’s “Guest Favorites.”
Airbnb’s general guidelines for this program was to include any home with over 4.9 stars, consistently happy guests, and that rents regularly. A significant portion of the rest of our portfolio of homes are above 4.9 stars, but weren’t yet included as a “Guest favorite.” We imagine that Airbnb will continue to review homes, and more of ours will be added over time.
With a 4.91 star average over 10 years of business, Open Air Homes is definitely a guest favorite!
