At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Cleaning: For stays over 30 days, mid-stay cleaning is required. This includes a full cleaning of the home and a refresh of linens.
PET FEES: This is not a pet-friendly property and pets are not permitted. The owner very allergic to pet dander. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

My family and I stayed at this place. It was perfect in terms of the location, size of home and amenities. Everything was well thought of and we didn’t find anything lacking. The house itself is gorgeous and welcoming! Perfect for a mid-size to large family or a group of friends particularly if you enjoy staying in sometimes. The location is close to some amazing shopping and culture centers. Thoroughly enjoyed staying! Thank you.
