A year ago, I took over homeowner sales at Open Air Homes. During my conversations with homeowners, I quickly noticed a pattern—I was answering the same questions repeatedly. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy helping homeowners learn about the business and how we are different.  I realized that making all of these answers to commonly asked questions public was the right thing to do, and so we have completely revamped the homeowners section of our website with 21 pages of information about the core elements of the business.

My goal was straightforward: create one comprehensive resource that gathers all relevant information in one place.
