Inside, a vaulted foyer with Spanish tile opens to a formal dining room with a beamed cathedral ceiling, a tiled fireplace, and a grand staircase. The living rooms open to the garden and pool, and the chef’s kitchen has a six-burner range. About 4,510 square feet indoors.

Shoots, Meetings, and Gatherings
Brand and lifestyle shoots, interiors, and sports and fitness content on the tennis court. The home also works for off-site meetings, workshops, garden dinners, and small celebrations, approved case by case.

Booked by the hour through Peerspace, with a minimum booking length for each type of use. Current rates and open dates are always on the Peerspace listing.
The home is in the City of Los Angeles, so filming requires a permit through FilmLA, which the production obtains. Every production provides a certificate of insurance before the shoot, and our team handles arrival, the walkthrough, and load-out.
