Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions around the city. If you’re an explorer, we recommend having a car during your stay.

All stays of 30 days or more require a mid-stay cleaning by our dedicated housekeeping team at the expense of the guest. Our property management and cleaner teams care for each home, and we offer personalized recommendations to make your stay exceptional.

We believe in mutual respect, so we require a respectful note and some background about your group before booking. Please note that by booking with us you understand and agree to the following guidelines.
– By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.
– You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
– Guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE in the State of California which will be issued by our Broker of Record. Once this form is signed, your mid-length stay will be confirmed.
– Guests staying over 30 nights are required to pay an additional mid-stay cleaning fee every 15 days.
– For any personal items left in the home after check out, we will happily ship them to you for the cost of shipping plus a $25 handling fee

– Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
