Nestled in a peaceful and upscale residential area, you’re just minutes away from the world-renowned El Paseo shopping district, often called the “Rodeo Drive of the Desert,” where you can indulge in luxury boutiques, art galleries, and fine dining.

This is a family-friendly home and not suitable for parties of any kind. This neighborhood has a zero-tolerance policy for any noise or music, and failure to adhere to city ordinance requirements will result in a fine of at least $500. We kindly ask you to respect the community and the neighborhood, as Palm Desert has largely voted against short term rentals, and we ask all of our Month+ guests to treat the home as if they lived full time in the community. Immense yourself, take strolls at dusk around the beautiful neighborhood, and respect the neighbors around you.

– This property has a private pool that can be heated during your stay for an additional cost. Pool is heated and controlled by staff/pool tech. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid before arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. Minimum 2-days of heat required.

– By booking with us, you agree to sign our CA Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities. All stays over 30 days require a signed CAR form, as per state law.

– You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

– PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet plus tax. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet plus tax. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

– There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
