This property shares walls with an adjacent unit, and guests may experience some noise transfer. Please note that active construction on the adjacent property could result in increased daytime noise levels. The shared outdoor spaces must be used respectfully by guests from both units. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property, balconies, and Strand, with a minimum fine of $250 for violations.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. NO LARGE DOGS/CATS ALLOWED. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

The Manhattan Beach short-term rental license has been secured, and a 14% TOT tax is automatically applied to all bookings under 30 days.

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, as refunds outside the cancellation policy are not available.
