This stunning home offers luxurious comfort with two spacious upstairs bedrooms, each featuring a California King bed, ensuite bathroom, and 55″ Samsung Smart TV. The primary bedroom includes a sofa, sliding doors to mountain views, while the guest bedroom has two accent chairs and views to entrance to the community.

The inviting living room boasts a blue sectional sofa, 65″ Samsung Smart TV, and a round marble-top coffee table. The modern dining area features a rectangular glass-top table with six cushioned chairs, perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped U-shaped kitchen offers quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Outside, the patio includes an outdoor sofa, white chairs, a side table, and an umbrella. The space is complemented by outdoor lighting and a water fountain on a timer for a serene ambiance.

Guests will have access to the entire home and there is one spot to park. The covered parking space is located at the Gback door to the unit. It is the space on the right hand side as you face the back door as shown in the image.

There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man for the community, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

The Palm Springs community is a vibrant place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is a great downtown area, full of restaurants and shopping, and the city of Palm Springs is investing heavily to become a top tier destination for travelers.

The 48@Arenas community was built between 2002-2003, and are contemporary town homes located in central Palm Springs, a short distance from restaurants and shopping. The community offers 4 pools and 4 spas, private gated covered parking area, tanning decks, and plenty of extra storage for each unit.

Please note that there is another rental unit managed by Open Air Homes in this same HOA complex, available for month+ rentals. This option is ideal for groups who want to stay together but prefer their own private spaces. Contact us for more details and availability.

This property is close to a lively main street with bars, restaurants, and clubs open until 2 AM daily. Guests seeking a quieter stay may want to consider this aspect and come prepared for the energetic atmosphere of downtown Palm Springs.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

This home is in a very walkable area as well.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

– By booking with us, you agree to sign and acknowledge the following documents prior to their check-in date: HOA Operating Rules, Palm Springs Statement of Rules & Regulations, Good Neighbor Brochure, and the Open Air Homes rental or lease agreement, and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.

– You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

– Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

***Please note this condo is located within a non-smoking community. There is no smoking of any substance allowed in the home, private courtyard, or community grounds. Any fines incurred will be owed by guests.
