By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Such a great home in a great location. We stayed here for a month and it completely felt like home. The layout is so thoughtful, spacious bedrooms and plenty of space to work from home. The outdoor area is fantastic, with a fenced in backyard that was great for our kid to play comfortably. Also there are so many amazing restaurants, farmers markets, and shops that are walkable. Highly recommend this spot!
