2. Monthly Rentals: By booking this property, guests agree to sign a rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after the agreement is signed. Guests staying for 30 days or more are legally required to sign a California Association of Realtors (CAR) form, which will be provided after payment is made.

3. Mid-Stay Cleans: All stays of 30 days or more require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This includes a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. 4. A non-refundable pet fee applies to all stays that include pets. For stays under 30 days, the fee is $150 per pet. For stays of 30 days or more, the fee is $300 per pet. Pets must be approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional charge of up to $1,000 and may lead to eviction.

5. Yearly Rentals: For guests interested in extended stays, this home is also available as a yearly furnished rental. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250.

7. Lost and found: A ten-day grace period is provided for returning any items taken from the home at check-out, such as keys or garage remotes. Replacement costs will be charged if items are not returned within this period.
