Upstairs, the two-story primary suite includes a sitting area and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The neighborhood has a rich artistic history and has long been a retreat for musicians and creatives seeking inspiration in its peaceful surroundings.

Despite its secluded feel, the home is conveniently located near some of Los Angeles’ most famous attractions. Guests can explore nearby hiking trails, such as Runyon Canyon Park and Griffith Park, offering stunning views of the city. Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal CityWalk, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Hollywood Bowl are all just a short drive away. The Sunset Strip and Beverly Hills provide a variety of upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Having a car is recommended for the best experience while visiting Southern California, as it allows easy access to the area’s many attractions. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. The home is also close to major freeways, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including Malibu, Santa Monica, and Downtown Los Angeles.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard heating rate is $50 per night to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees. Heating to 85 degrees is an additional $30 per night while heating to 90 degrees is an additional $75 per night. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.

2. Monthly Rentals: By booking this property, guests agree to sign a rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after the agreement is signed. Guests staying for 30 days or more are legally required to sign a California Association of Realtors (CAR) form, which will be provided after payment is made.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable, and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
