Most homes on our platform fall into the 20% commission tier. This applies to homeowners who make their property available for rent more than 3 months per year. This is our standard service level.

For homeowners who live in their home most of the year and only rent it 3 months or less, the commission is 25%. This reflects the additional coordination required to maximize a shorter rental window while maintaining the same level of service.

Understanding Our Platform Fee

$125 Per Month Covers Technology, Distribution, and Coordination

The $125 monthly platform fee covers our tech stack, distribution across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Google Travel, dynamic pricing software, centralized guest communication, and vendor coordination. It applies only during the months your home is actively listed for rent.

We do not charge markups on maintenance, handyman work, or supply orders. These costs are passed through at cost. The platform fee covers the coordination, so you only pay for the actual work performed.
