One such property is Westminster, a charming two-bedroom cottage located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Venice Beach. The property, which is now listed as a short-term rental, has successfully operated as a 30+ day stay-home for quite some time. However, the homeowner took our advice to offer shorter stays. They wanted to take advantage of Airbnb’s growing popularity and the potential for increased income.

If you’re up for a bike ride, take the path North all the way to the start of Malibu or take the pathway through Marina Del Rey to venture down the bike path to Manhattan Beach. There are plenty of spots to rest and refill along the way!
