We expect our homeowners to commit to moving towards sustainable practices. We only partner with homeowners that prioritize solar, energy-efficient appliances and other methods to reduce the carbon footprint of our homes.


We have always paid our fair share of transient occupancy taxes and property taxes on our homes. Paying the entirety of our taxes helps the communities in which we operate to thrive, as these cities and their residents rely on hotel tax funds for a multitude of improvement projects. We are proud to contribute to the betterment of our communities by paying our fair share of taxes.


The instant book feature that most platforms promote can lead to bad actors renting homes in the communities we love. We value respectful guests above profits, so our team evaluates each booking to ensure a wonderful experience for both our guests and homeowners.


We pay our cleaners, maintenance people, gardeners and contract workers fair, livable wages. We are proud to have employees who have been with our company for 8+ years, and we demonstrate our appreciation by operating under fair pay contracts.
