We ask our homeowner partners to take the maintenance of their home very seriously. We genuinely believe the biggest oversight in the rental industry is poor maintenance. After 8 years of experience, we have learned that our guests are happiest when we send in a maintenance person regularly to fix small yet annoying problems. Our Maintenance Program takes the stress out of homeownership and ensures that your home is always kept in perfect condition. He will perform the necessary upkeep of your home, along with scheduling any larger or more specialized repairs and improvements.
Even when you’re home, this maintenance program is still in place, unless you say otherwise. We want you to feel the comforts of a stress-free vacation in your own home, and we extend this service even when you’re occupying your home.
Pricing
Repairs
We will automatically schedule any needed repairs under $200, but will ask for your approval before we plan to do any larger, costlier repairs. In emergencies, we will attempt to contact you first to determine your preferred path, but if we receive no answer, we must do what we can to resolve any time-sensitive emergencies such as pipe bursts, roof leaks, plumbing overflow, etc.
