While it may be warmer than where you are coming from in the late fall, winter and spring months, the private pools are too cold to swim in without the pools being heated. If you intend on using the pool during your stay, there is a $60.00 daily fee for pool heat. This covers heating the pool to 84 degrees and using the spa. If you wish to have the pool at a warmer temperature, there will be an additional fee.
If you are staying for 30 nights or more, you will be charged a refundable utility fee of $1000.00. You will be given a $500.00 utility allowance in the rate. If the utility (gas and electric combined) costs run over that $500.00, we would reimburse the owner out of your utility deposit. The remaining portion of your utility deposit will be reimbursed back to you.
